This is grindcore in 2024. You'll like this record if you enjoy grindcore music, and bands that play it. One side sounds like Moisturizer, playing their frenzied, kinetic style of grind, while the other sounds like Internal Rot, who - conveniently - play mean, ripping grindcore really fucking well.
