Prepare for an onslaught of bone-chilling death metal as SUMMONING DEATH returns with their latest album, Tombs of the Blind Dead, set to be unleashed on October 31 on CD, digital, and later in 2025 on LP. Tombs of the Blind Dead promises to be a relentless descent into horror, perfectly timed for a Halloween release. Following the success of their previous records, The House That Screamed (2018), One Step Beyond (2020), and A Traumatic Nights of the Creeps (2023), SUMMONING DEATH continues their tradition of blending the gruesome imagery of '80s slasher films with the raw intensity of old-school death metal. Featuring members from legendary Mexican death metal acts like DenialThe Suffering, and DeliriumSUMMONING DEATH delivers an album that is both brutal and evocative.

Tombs of the Blind Dead was meticulously crafted, with recording, mixing, and mastering handled by Ricardo Gil at Toxic Beach Studios, ensuring a crushing production that captures the full weight of the band's brutal sound.

The terrifying cover art for Tombs of the Blind Dead was created by the renowned John Quevedo, adding the perfect finishing touch to this horror masterpiece. Having previously collaborated with SUMMONING DEATH on their earlier albums, and known for his work with bands like Paganizer and Sacrilegion, Quevedo's artwork perfectly encapsulates the horror and brutality that SUMMONING DEATH is known for.

Fans of DepravityTraumaticBloodbath, and Entrails will find much to love here, as the album delivers the kind of old-school death metal that never goes out of style.
